Yoga for women

Perhaps you have the idea that women should do yoga, dance or something more ‘ladylike’? That’s bullshit. Women can benefit from weight training just like men, they can get stronger, look better, and hit some badass lift numbers.

I don't want to get too muscular!

Another common concern/excuse. People don’t become muscular overnight, it takes years of dedication and effort. Weight training isn’t automatically going to turn you into a jacked behemoth, in reality, it will make you stronger, healthier, and sexier.
