Workout Ways Updates/Plans
Quote from Stephen on 5 February 2025, 21:54Hi all!
I've been working hard behind the scenes, pursuing a qualification in ITEC level 3 Anatomy and Physiology at the Cotswold Academy. Yesterday, I passed my exams with a score of 94%.
Due to wanting to respect the study, and dedicate the time to learn more about how to provide you all top quality material/information, I put further development of the website on hold for that time. I only intervened to counter bots/bugs and keep users safe and their private info secure with regular WordPress updates.
Now, having achieved a ITEC accredited qualification, I feel more confident turning more attention back to this passion project. I will be updating/remastering several sections, adding new information, and hopefully providing even more attention to users who may appreciate it.
It should be noted, in any programs I update, the new/refreshed program will be provided to users in addition to the original, and for those who already own the corresponding programs, free of charge. I will also provide documentation showing the changes made to each program, along with reasoning and explanation for them, hoping to help users understand my thought process, and assist those who may disagree in providing pertinent feedback.
I will be beginning a weekly series entitled something to the effect of 'Anatomy student reacts to fitness fails', in which I will elaborate on gym errors made and explain how they should be avoided, in hopefully a fun, educational manner.
Finally, I want to clarify that my study has not concluded, in fact I consider it to still be in it's infancy. I will be pursuing qualifications in Chemistry and Biology, equivalent to the 1st 3rd of an honours degree. Furthermore as my main effort, I will be studying for a Bachelors/undergraduate degree in Sports and Fitness.
Hopefully this update can help assure you of my commitment to excellence with regard to this website, and provide context for the inactivity as far as public-facing changes are concerned.
Thank you so much for your time,
Stephen Wallace ITEC.
