Something i am really proud of from a beginners perspective

Hello everyone!
Consider this entire thread like a diary, everything I say here is from my point of view, thanks 🙂

First I would like to start with my personal life style before I found Workout Ways:
I never did sports, at all. The entire concept of spending my time lifting weights, instead of playing games or doing whatever else, was really alien to me.
Sure I checked out one or another YouTube Video or website regarding workout tips and how to get started, but I never had the will to actually start.
Well and that's what i looked like. Skin and bones, no muscle. Thank you metabolism for not making me too fat.
Up to this point I had literally ZERO experience in working out. I had no idea what to do, how to do it and so on.

And so I found Workout Ways and for the first time in my entire life I spent money on a program: Bodyweight-Workout for Beginners.
Why did I do it? I don't know. I watched Steve's stream (I am not a regular viewer, just happened to stop by), he mentioned his new website, I checked it out and it clicked. I can't explain it myself.
I spent the first day watching YouTube videos from the program and trying different workout movements, the "next day" I got serious (with a delay, thanks Steve for helping me with my account).
Boy did every single muscle hurt. Drinking a cup of water was actually a challenge, but that didn't stop me.

Skip forward to today, exactly one month later. I didn't skip a single workout day and I can see and feel the changes. My upper arms definitely got stronger and bigger, so did my chest and shoulders. Not saying I am pure muscle now, but I feel so much better now. Both physically and mentally.
And between us, my butt also improved, just saying.

So what am I proud of?
I am really proud for not cheating on myself. Finishing a month with no skips feels so incredibly good and I don't intend to stop now.
Guess I will step up the game and change to the intermediate program soon enough.

Thank you so much Steve for this opportunity 🙂
