Just wanted to give an update with my combination of diet and exercise

I've lost 1kg so I've gone from 79kg to 78kg however, the limitation I have sent myself was too harsh as I was starting to feel weak so I have upped my daily calorie allowance slightly to make me feel a bit better

Good to hear your moving in your desired direction.

Couple of things to keep in mind, make sure your macros are reasonably balanced, as that can impact how weight loss feels as much as the calorie count itself. 40% carbs, 35% Protein, 25% fats is a good ballpark to aim for.

Also, consider looking into Creatine Monohydrate as a training aid. It's a very well-researched supplement and in brief helps your body provide more energy during exercise. Taking your daily creatine dose with a high-carb meal and a couple of glasses of water 45m+ before your workout will help your exercise feel more pleasant, and will allow you to push yourself further and see better results.
