Diet is an important part of exercise and we've found an app called Nutracheck which allows you to record what you eat and totals up the calories for you. You can even scan the barcode of the foods in and it'll register!

You can track progress, add meals and add in your exercise to help achieve your goals.

It's a 7 day free trial and paid for after so you can use it for free to see if you like it

I personally use MyFitnessPal for the same task, it's really important to keep track of your diet to understand what you're giving your body to work with.
