Please note everyone, these ‘electrical stimulation’, ‘vibration exercise’ devices are gimmicks, they are ineffective snake oil. They are not effective for muscle growth, ‘toning’(which isn’t a thing) or fat/weight loss, or any other of the myriad goals they claim to support.

The only task they are good for is parting you from your money. Please do not be taken in by this utter nonsense. Fitness is achieved by consistent training, not by taking shortcuts.

To further note, I say ‘not by taking shortcuts’, which doesn’t actually make sense, because use of these devices will not in any way replicate the results of consistent progressively overloaded training.
