🏋️ Equipment Care
Please use equipment responsibly. If anything appears damaged or unsafe, I will sort it or notify another staff member.

The gym can only be used during your booked session time — no early access or post-session training, UNLESS you have a membership!

Once registered, you can view my live availability via the calendar by switching to the ‘trainer calendar’.
Choose a time that suits you and book using your session credits.
Bookings on PT Hub are credit-based, so you’ll need enough credits available for the session you’d like to schedule.

If you have any issues, you can contact me via the PT Hub chat, or via email at workoutways@gmail.com.

Sessions are typically 1 hour long.
However, depending on your goals and availability, you can book extended sessions — anywhere from 1 to 10 hours if required.
Do I have to pay to get in or a membership?
No. I cover the entrance fee for my clients so they receive the session at no extra cost.
However I always recommend those wanting to train at 365 purchase a membership, it’s incredible value, plus it saves me £10 every time I train with you. I generally knock £5 off session price when training with gym members.
