FAQ

still have
questions?

Every session is tailored to you.

Before we train, we’ll discuss your goals and agree on a clear plan so you know exactly what we’re working towards. If you don’t have a specific request, I’ll design a structured session based on your goals and current level.

Sessions can include:

  • Personalised strength or hypertrophy training

  • Fat loss–focused workouts

  • Technique coaching and exercise breakdown

  • Guidance on equipment use

  • Help following an existing programme

  • Movement assessment and corrections

Throughout the session, I’ll explain what we’re doing, why it matters, and how it helps you progress.

It varies, however one of the great things about 365 Gym is that it actually has a membership limit. This means that while some times are busier than others, it never gets above capacity.

Q: What are the gym rules?

To keep the space safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that the following rules are respected:

🧼 Clean As You Go

All equipment must be wiped down after use and returned to its correct place (dumbbells, plates, kettlebells, etc.).

🏋️ Equipment Care

Please use equipment responsibly. If anything appears damaged or unsafe, I will sort it or notify another staff member.

🚫 Session Use Only

The gym can only be used during your booked session time — no early access or post-session training, UNLESS you have a membership!

🔒 Respect the Space

The gym is a shared space. We aim to leave it exactly as we found it so everyone has the same high-quality experience.

❌ Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

Yes, when attending the gym you can take advantage of the large car park behind the gym. This car park is free with your membership permit.

🚉 Is it near a train station?

Not especially close.

  • The nearest major station is Reading railway station, which is the main hub in the city.
  • This station is roughly 2.5–3 miles (4–5 km) away from the gym.

👉 In practical terms:

  • 🚗 Around 10–15 minutes by car
  • 🚌 Possible by bus (you’d likely need a short walk at the end)
  • 🚶 Not realistically walkable for most people
