The WorkoutWays PT Hub is my portal where you can access programs, chat with me and other clients, book 1-1 sessions, check-ins, see your guides, ask for changes, and so much more!
What are the hub features?

Programs
The Programs section shows all current and completed programs, with clear daily tasks, timelines, and progress tracking. You can view logged activity, check overall stats, read program details, and easily log assigned workouts or nutrition plans on both web and mobile.
Watch me train
All my clientele get access to my training schedule, where you can book in and observe my workouts live. Chat with me, ask for demos, ask me questions or just hang out.
Bookings
The WorkoutWays PT Hub has a booking system, allowing you to book in sessions with me 1-1, online, at a location you choose (within 1-hour of Basingstoke) or in-person at my gym-space in Reading. It costs you nothing to attend the space other than the cost of the session.
Habit Tracking
The WorkoutWays PT Hub implements a task system to keep you on top of healthy habits as you pursue your goals.
Nutrition Guides
The Nutrition section lets you view plans I’ve assigned, along with custom foods and meals you create. You can log meals on web or mobile, track calories and macros, use meal templates, and take advantage of mobile features like barcode scanning and bulk add for quick logging.
Exercise Guides
The WorkoutWays PT Hub hosts an extensive library of text and video guides for all exercises I program, ensuring you never feel lost.
Chats
As soon as you join the hub, you can start a conversation with me via the chats tab. Ask questions, request updates, or just have a chat!
Check-ins
The Check-Ins section shows any open, overdue, upcoming, or reviewed check-ins, all accessible from your Hub or menu. You can complete check-ins, view feedback, and use search, date ranges, and filters to review past submissions.
Calendar
The Calendar shows all scheduled activities, including program tasks, sessions with me, and booked events, all of which you can tap into for more details or actions like cancelling. You can also view my availability, book into events, and manage everything easily on both web and mobile, with today’s activities highlighted in your Hub for quick reference.
Financials
The WorkoutWays PT Hub lets you see your purchases, subscriptions, and your available sessions and credits for booking 1-1 training.
Feedback / Forms
The Forms section shows all forms assigned by your me, clearly indicating which have been completed and when. You can fill out and save forms to notify me for review, and access or complete them anytime from the mobile app.
App
The WorkoutWays PT Hub has an app for IOS or Android with more features than are found on the desktop version. Keep a PT in your pocket.
Marketplace
The marketplace is where you can browse any packages I have available for sale, with options to view them in a grid for easier selection. You can open each package to see what’s included, along with access to additional helpful resources I’ve made available.
Results Tracker
The results tracker displays your progress in clear graphs and tables so you can easily see how you’re improving over time. You can select different metrics, adjust the date range, add or update measurements, upload progress photos, share achievements on social media, and sync activity data from Apple Health or Google Fit.
Hub
The Hub is your central dashboard for viewing logged activities and upcoming sessions. It includes quick action buttons, an activity feed with filters, app download links, notifications, account settings, and easy navigation.
Workouts
The workouts tab shows all workouts assigned to you, with exercise videos, instructions, and metrics included. You can log workouts in the mobile app, swap exercises if needed, leave feedback, save updated templates, and review completed sessions in your activity feed.
Settings
The settings area lets you update your personal details, manage notifications, measurement units, and siri shortcuts. You can also connect integrations like MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, Apple Health, or Google Fit, and enable Apple Watch workout logging through the MyPT Hub app.
Files
The file store gives you access to files shared by me to you, such as PDFs or videos, with the option to download them. You can also upload your own documents for me to review, like recipes or notes.
Consult
You can sign up for the 'consult/enquire' package for free, and arrange a chat or meeting to see if I'm the right fit for you.
